 Exceptional place! I am from the United States and got the chance to meet Brill Cigars' welcoming owner and his very friendly community of regular patrons. Nothing better than a small community of cigar smokers. Couldn't be happier with how the owner, curated my selections of Cubans such as Romeo y Julieta and Partigas, to my tastes. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. This is the best cigar shop I've ever been in throughout all my travels throughout the states and overseas. A lot of good memories. I recommend Brill Cigars to all cigar lovers in Tel Aviv.
